Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, upon booking a 50% deposit is to be paid, which secures your date safely. These are then followed by a payment schedule, which is mentioned on your contract.
Do you offer discounts on out of season weddings?
Weddings have no season anymore, as it’s all year round. However, if your chosen wedding date falls between a Monday – Thursday, during November – February then give us a call to discuss quotes, as we can try to be competitive during this quieter period.
Meeting the team prior to the booking?
We would love to meet you or you to meet us, as that helps to create the vision we need for your captures. Meeting with us works quite well, whether that’s over a coffee or a Skype/zoom call. This allows a sense of trust and to be a part of your special occasion.
Do you have the relevant insurances?
We are completely covered for both public liability and indemnity insurance.
What are the delivery times for the production?
The first video/photo draft will be provided approximately 3 -6 Months from either the last event date or chosen songs list when provided, but we will endeavour to provide this sooner.
How many hours coverage is included in the package?
Bespoke packages are provided to our clients, based on multi-faith wedding requirements. Multi-faith weddings have different elements of workarounds, so it’s important you provide us the correct timings accurately for sufficient coverage hours.
